Anyone ever try such a gadget? I could be tempted to buy one.

    Since LaBerge is behind it, the things probably work. The link above also discusses how to use the contraption.

    Never tried it, personally. But LaBerge is Da Man when it comes to Lucid Dreaming.

    I tried one. I found it did not help me with trancework and gave me horrendous headaches.
