The first time would have been a year ago during the <em>first<\/em> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.celticmusicfest.com\">Spanish Peaks International Celtic Festival<\/a>, which is still going on.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Speaking of music, my old friend Bryan Frink is collecting political songs (generally satirical) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.polititunes.com\/\">at a new website<\/a>.
