Clifton<\/p>\n<p>My article includes comments on those by Predota, Albaugh, and Hampton, since I served as respondent to the panel session in which they were presented.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;industrial band&#8221; was<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Coil_%28band%29\"> Coil,<\/a> but Hampton had a little surprise awaiting him. Even though the book was produced by the Druidic house of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adf.org\/publications\/books\/index.html\">ADF Publishing,<\/a> a weird typo crept in.
