{"id":492,"date":"2005-08-18T18:50:00","date_gmt":"2005-08-18T18:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.chasclifton.com\/?p=492"},"modified":"2005-08-18T18:50:00","modified_gmt":"2005-08-18T18:50:00","slug":"492","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.chasclifton.com\/?p=492","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Appeals court upholds Wiccan parents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An Indiana appeals court has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indystar.com\/apps\/pbcs.dll\/article?AID=\/20050817\/BREAK\/508170493\">upheld the righ<\/a>t of divorced Wiccan parents to expose their children to their religious practices, something that both parents wished to do.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Indiana Civil Liberties Union argued the case on constitutional grounds &#8212; that the decree trampled on parents&#8217; rights to expose their children to the religion of their choice.<\/p>\n<p>But the appeals court didn&#8217;t rule on the constitutional question.
