Possession of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bird_of_prey\">raptor<\/a> parts in the United States is federally regulated, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.denverpost.com\/news\/ci_21762782\/justice-department-clarifies-policy-tribal-use-eagle-feathers\">and possession of eagle feathers or parts are <em>highly regulated<\/em>. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Basically, unless you are a registered member of an American Indian tribe, you can&#8217;t have it.
