{"id":3178,"date":"2011-08-24T15:45:18","date_gmt":"2011-08-24T21:45:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.chasclifton.com\/?p=3178"},"modified":"2011-08-24T16:16:36","modified_gmt":"2011-08-24T22:16:36","slug":"the-wild-hunt-gets-some-respect","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.chasclifton.com\/?p=3178","title":{"rendered":"The Wild Hunt Gets Some Respect"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is nice to see that Jason Pitzl-Waters&#8217; <em>The Wild Hunt<\/em> blog <a href=\"http:\/\/www.getreligion.org\/2011\/08\/guilt-files-pagan-edition\/\">has gotten a major shout-out at <em>Get Religion,<\/em> <\/a>the site for people who wonder why the mainstream media handles religion so ignorantly.<\/p>\n<p>I predict that as Pagan traditions become more visible, our activities will be covered by the usual motley crew who went to journalism school instead of, y&#8217;know, actually learning anything about anything\u2014history, science, economics, politics, religion, you name it.<\/p>\n<p>Well, good for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.getreligion.org\/2005\/12\/about-mollie-ziegler\/\">Mollie Ziegler Hemmingway, <\/a>one religion writer who knows the difference between a Mormon and\u00a0 an evangelical Christian.<\/p>\n<p>See, blogging is easy. All you have to do is put out good content on an almost-daily basis while writing polite and informed comments at the sites that you hope will notice yours.
