{"id":296,"date":"2004-10-30T15:17:00","date_gmt":"2004-10-30T15:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.chasclifton.com\/?p=296"},"modified":"2004-10-30T15:17:00","modified_gmt":"2004-10-30T15:17:00","slug":"296","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.chasclifton.com\/?p=296","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Can you be a Druid and an Episcopalian?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The controversy over &#8220;Pagan&#8221; elements on an official Episcopal Church Web site and the husband-and-wife clergy connected with them continues to bubble. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.christianitytoday.com\/ct\/2004\/143\/51.0.html\"><em>Christianity Today&#8217;s<\/em> blog<\/a> has their bishop&#8217;s statement: the situation is &#8220;extremely serious,&#8221; but there is no rush to the stake, metaphorically speaking. Conservative Anglican bloggers continue to <a href=\"http:\/\/mcj.bloghorn.com\/1230\">howl for blood<\/a>. And <a href=\"http:\/\/mcj.bloghorn.com\/1231\">howl<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/titusonenine.classicalanglican.net\/wp-trackback.php\/3185\">howl<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecumenicalinsanity.net\/archives\/00000365.htm\">howl<\/a>.
