Do you need intellectual-property lawyers and copyright lawyers to be a &#8220;real religion&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>Imagine trademarking &#8220;Witch.&#8221; Someone in<a href=\"http:\/\/wildhunt.org\/blog\/2011\/01\/quick-note-are-salem-lawmakers-regretting-the-psychic-boom.html\"> Salem, Mass.<\/a>, is probably thinking about it already.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the Washington Post&#8217;s &#8220;Under God&#8221; blog, a story about how the Seventh-Day Adventist church guards its trademark\u2014even against other Adventists.
