{"id":2252,"date":"2011-01-01T12:21:14","date_gmt":"2011-01-01T19:21:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.chasclifton.com\/?p=2252"},"modified":"2011-01-01T12:21:51","modified_gmt":"2011-01-01T19:21:51","slug":"dont-mess-with-the-monk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.chasclifton.com\/?p=2252","title":{"rendered":"Don&#8217;t Mess with the Monk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Heather Abraham at <em>Religion Nerd<\/em> (in the sidebar) lists the most o<a href=\"http:\/\/religionnerd.com\/2010\/12\/31\/outrageous-religion-videos-of-2010\/\">utrageous religion videos of 2010.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Included is the Christine O&#8217;Donnell &#8220;I&#8217;m not a witch&#8221; clip that prompted so many Wiccan responses and parodies. &#8220;Dabble-gate,&#8221; as Jason Pitzl-Waters calls it, also made it to number three on his <a href=\"http:\/\/wildhunt.org\/blog\/2010\/12\/top-ten-pagan-stories-of-2010-part-two.html\">top ten Pagan news stories of 2010 list.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>But I agree with Abraham that the best video was a well-researched <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=dt5AJr0wls0\">rap video based on Martin Luther&#8217;s 95 Theses<\/a>, complete with reference to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Philip_of_Hesse\">Philip of Hesse<\/a>.
