I&#8217;m not in town enough to justify a membership in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ucco.com\/\">University Club<\/a>, even if their building does look like Batman should be perched on the parapet. (The main clause there was a joke, readers.)<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve started mapping out what might be the next book after <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0759102023?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=chascli-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=0759102023\">Her Hidden Children: The Rise of Wicca And Paganism in America<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" class=\" hdeesgexgplppxaemhlq hdeesgexgplppxaemhlq\" height=\"1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=chascli-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=0759102023\" style=\"border: medium none ! important; margin: 0px ! important;\" width=\"1\" \/><\/i>. For two years, I have been trying to get started on a different project, accumulating stacks of research material, but writing only lightweight paper on the topic.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe, to keep the railroad metaphor going, I was on the wrong track.
