Once again, Wicca shows up as the (or a) default Other Religion. I am seeing this more and more.

I’m still puzzled as to why Catholicism is considered “other” by those who identify as Christianity. At least, in this case, someone is acknowledging it as a practice although probably equally illegitimate with all religion to that person.
Is being equally illegitimate a sign of progress?
